RPL has a dedicated recruitment division with an extensive database of competency tested, referenced and fully qualified engineering staff. RPL have provided staff to many depots through out the UK with staff being deployed to Scotland, Ireland , Wales and many parts of England.

Typical skills include, Mechanical Fitters, Electrical Fitters, Vehicle Fitters, Instrumentation Engineers, Coach Builders, Pipe fitters, Welders, Paint Sprayers. Labour can be arranged to cover all shift patterns including Days, Nights and Weekends.

Railway Projects have provided staff since 1993 to many of the Train Operating Companies, Freight Operating Companies, Train Manufactures, Original Equipment Manufactures and a host of Services companies.
